"Girls just wanna have fun"

Giraffes eat leaves off trees. They are really, really tall. They have really long necks.

Here is a picture of me holding a snake. It was very, very slithery. It bit Shaun.

Hello there Phoebe!

Of all the wild animal pictures on your African Adventure website, you are one of the BEST wild animals, ever. You didn't scare me one bit, though - too cute!

You're also one of the bravest little kids I've ever seen - no way could I let a snake slither over me. Uh uuh! Not even a nice wee one like that.

Tomorrow I'm going to try bacon dipped in yoghurt for my breakfast. Was it plain or banana or strawberry....? :)

It was strawberry. It was a drinking yoghurt, it was really nice and I kept doing it - SLIPPP ! I love you so much. I miss you. I am having fun in Africa. It is really fun in Africa. I saw lots of giraffes.

We are sitting on the couch in Wai Marie looking at your blog and we
are wondering what you are doing now. We really like your photos and April Thwaites is wondering why snakes live in Africa. Tiana was askìng how old you are now.

Hi Tai Tamariki team

I miss you all. April, snakes live in Africa because that snake really likes me. I saw elephants there. It was really fun and I got to go on a big truck.

I am in Mozambique now. It is really fun. They talk a different language here. We are on the beach. There are whales swimming past. We saw some up close yesterday when we were in a boat.

I miss you and wish you were here.

Hi there young lady. It is a long time since I have written to you.. I am sorry about that.

Do you know that when I first looked at the photo of you in the car mirror for a moment I thought you looked just like Stan.

That snake looks pretty cute but I'm not so sure about how slithery it is. You could write a little poem, something like "The slithery snake snipped Sean" I'm not a very good poet am I.

We had such a big storm here last week. The fence by the big flats next to your house in Scarborough Tce blew over and lots and lots of branches came off the trees. Brownie and I took Ella for a walk into the town belt and we had to climb over and under 4 trees that had fallen across paths. The storm left a big mess everywhere but today was a beautiful day.

Claire is cooking dinner tonight so that is why I have time to write to you. Big hugs and a snugs.

I saw a whale yesterday. We saw no dolphins, there were dolphins in there. Don't forget, they are my favourite sea animal.

Daddy told it was your birthday. I hope have really nice presents and I hope you have a beautiful cake.

Phoebe thank you for your birthday message. Claire and Chris gave me some presents and Brownie gave me some beautiful flowers. We all went out to dinner together which made me very happy. Soon it will be your turn, that is so exciting.

Today the sun is shining and the sky is clear blue. Not as warm as where you are and there is no one selling donuts :(
