I want to write about I went to the school and I saw all these little kids.

I was really shy.  I played with them at the playground.  I went on the swing and I wanted mamma and then I got happy.

That was good Stan playing soccer with the boys.  I really liked the kicking.  He actually didn’t do kicking, he was a goal keeper.

That was good Pingu reading by Stan, Meg and Sarah and I couldn’t see sometimes so we just turned it around.
Picture
Later we went on a boat to another country.  Here is a picture of me holding a sign with the country’s name on it.
Picture
We had a soft drink and it was really yummy.  And also we had another one at the café and it was really funny because Stan had a coke and I had a coke and it was the same soft drink I had at the other country.  And Stan also had a coke and Stan loves coke.  And he doesn’t like the number 25 and its really funny.  Goodbye.

Wonderful stories and pictures, Phoebe. What a great day you had at the school. A very nice classroom. and everyone enjoying Sarah's story, and later on, Stan's soccer coaching. I bet those little guys are pretty good players.

Great photo of you holding the sign. It's always good to know where you are coming or going!! xx

Dear Nana, I love giraffes. Giraffes are really tall and I love them in Wellington Zoo and Africa. Today I got my hair braided. It was really fun when I got my hair braided and some fell out when I got my hair in the pool. The end. Love Phoebe

Hi Phoebe, this is Mia's Dad. Do you remember Mia? Personally I have never really liked the number 22. No idea why not but there you go. It sounds like you are having such a great time. Mia is keen to see your braids! Keep writing, we enjoy reading about your exciting adventures.

I love Giraffes too! My favourite number is 33. So pleased to hear all your wonderful news. Isn't it great fun trying out new things and meeting new people. I am sure you were not the only one that was shy! Can't wait to see a picture of your hair braided! Keep on having lots of fun. You are sounding very happy indeed! Lots of Love Aunty Debsxxx

Hi Phoebe. How cool for you to go to a school in Africa. I wonder what the local children thought about the Shepherd family. We are missing you all in Scarborough Terrace. It is very cold with snow on the hills. Love to you all. Rob and Di

I'm not sure if the country is spelt that way or you're the sign upside down! Hope you guys are having fun

Hi Harriet. I am having fun. The sign was upside down. My silly daddy didn't tell me. Say hi to Patrick for me. I'm eating my hair. It tastes good. Bye
