I am out at Elephant National Park and I saw an Elephant, Buffalo, Scrubhare, Red Harte-beest, Warthog, Burchell’s Zebra, Kudu, Yellow Tailed Mongoose, very annoying Vervet Monkeys, Black Backed Jackal, Cape Grysbok, Aardwolf, Bat Eared Fox, Porcupine, Flightless Dung Beetle, Ostrich, Blue Crane, Black-Headed Heron, Egyptian Goose and a Leopard Tortoise – my favourite.  A tortoise was trapped in the swimming pool area.

Joke
When the man went to the rock shop, what did he say?  This shop rocks.

Trick question
What is heavier a ton of bricks or a ton of feathers?
Answer
They both weigh the same, a ton.

Sarah I love these animals. They all have such incredible faces. We really don't have the huge animals or such a variety of animals in New Zealand. It is fantastic that you are getting to see so many.

The rock joke really made me laugh.
