Today I went to visit a school.  The kids there were so cute.  There were farm animals.  There were cows, sheep, goats and chickens.  I read the kids a story then we went out to play.  We played: Limbo.  We went on a see saw.

Dear Nana, today I got my hair braided and I really miss you and I wish you were here right now. And I can't wait to see you in 3 more months. And I went in a helicopter yesterday which was really, really fun. And I hope you don't think I am spoilt. Yesterday Stan caught a lizard. It was very small. They are very, very common. Hope you are having fun in New Zealand and keep warm. Love from Sarah

Hi Sarah. We are loving seeing the pictures and reading stories of what you are doing. Looks like you are having a great time doing the limbo with local kids. Love to all the Shepherd family. It's really freezing cold in Scarborough Terrace today - snow on Rimutaka Hill. Africa looks warm and pleasant in comparison!

To Rob and Di, I miss you. It is warmer than I expected in Africa. We havent seen that much rain in Africa. Right now its night. Stan just caught a toad. And there;s a Genet on top of the fridge. A Genet is a wild cat. At the place we are staying thats in Botswana, there is a river with hippos and crocodiles and I have seen teeny little fishes on the river. Keep warm Sarah

Hi Sarah,

You look like a teacher reading to all the children. Very grown up! We might have to have a limbo competition when you get back, but from the looks of the photos you would win!

Lots of love, Eve & Paul. xx
